Pieces for Profit
by David Yeghiaian

Pieces for Profit answers the question: How can organizations become more profitable and successful? David Yeghiaian focuses on three elements:

  • Strategy
  • People
  • Customers

Portraying them together as a puzzle, Pieces for Profit describes how all three interdependent pieces fit together to benefit organizations. Yeghiaian based the book on years of research with hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders. This led to the newly created AL2A process (Ask, Listen, Learn & Act), an innovative approach to drive customer engagement, as well emotional engagement with internal touchpoints.
